The jewel in the crown of our oil production is the SAN FELICE monocultivar, obtained by pressing the fruit of the plant of the same name present only in our territory. Harvested at first veraison, it offers high quality and low yield, which is why production is limited. It is an oil with a high content of polyphenols, substances useful for counteracting oxidation.


A skilful dosage of the typical Umbrian cultivars Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio and San Felice gives a light green product with golden reflections, pleasant to the nose due to its herbaceous scent.
